I've had the domain for a number of years and it used to perform with excellent results. It needs redeveloping now with unique content and I simply havnt got the time so am considering selling the domain.

My most lucrative domain is www.BlackpoolHotel.com I employ a sales manager and two web designers (who also work on the rest of my portfolio). We sell advertising space on this domain to local hotels in Blackpool. The domain gets excellent results and we attain a turnover of 30k+ just for this domain.

What do I mean by UNIQUE content?
For years we've run affiliate links on this domain and made a tidy sum. BUT...Google is very intelligent nowadays and is not giving as much prominence to affiliate run sites as it used to. It still makes a few bob...but nowhere near its full potential.

It needs somebody to build the site and add lots of useful content, tourism related and then the opportunities to charge for advertising will come. Of course with such a great domain name the opportunities will be there from the beginning BUT I would like to emphasise that to realise the true potential of this domain then a lot of hard work needs to be done creating content that viewers (and Google) will find useful.

Blogs, reviews, videos, pictures will all help to attain full potential. If I lived in Ireland and worked on this full time I KNOW I could earn 50k a year on this domain alone!
